Artificial intelligence systems can make mistakes or generate incorrect interpretations.
You should always consult a qualified legal professional before making any decisions based on document analysis.
The developer makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated results.

5. How We Process Your Data
Storage. Uploaded documents are stored on Google Cloud Platform infrastructure in order to maintain your document history, provide access to previous analysis results, and ensure reliable operation of the service.
Analysis. To perform AI-powered document analysis, uploaded documents are transmitted to OpenAI via its API. OpenAI processes the data solely for the purpose of generating analysis results and does not use submitted content to train its models (when accessed via the API). OpenAI's data processing is governed by its own privacy policy and data usage policies.
We do not use your documents to train AI models, and we do not sell or share them with advertising networks.
International data transfers. Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your country of residence, including the United States (OpenAI, Google Cloud), which may not provide the same level of data protection. We take reasonable measures to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers.
6. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal data on the following legal grounds under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):
- Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) — processing is necessary to provide the service you requested, including storing your documents, generating AI analysis, and maintaining your document history.
- Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — we process diagnostics and usage data to maintain, secure, and improve the application. Our legitimate interest does not override your fundamental rights and freedoms.
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) — where required, we rely on your explicit consent before processing data (e.g., optional communications). You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
- Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) — we may process data where required to comply with applicable laws or regulations.
7. Data Retention
Documents uploaded by users are stored on Google Cloud Platform in order to provide access to analysis results and allow users to review previously processed documents within the application.
Uploaded documents and their associated analysis remain available to the user until the user deletes the document or requests its removal.
Users may request deletion of their documents and related data at any time by contacting support.
After a deletion request is received, we will make reasonable efforts to remove the documents and associated data from our active systems within a reasonable period of time. However, copies of the data may temporarily remain in backup systems or technical logs where immediate removal is not feasible.
We retain data only for as long as necessary to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Delete your data — request removal of your documents and associated information.
- Withdraw consent — stop using the service at any time; previously processed data can be deleted upon request.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@vadimbrik.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe (typically within 30 days).
If you believe your data protection rights have been violated, you may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your country of residence.
